Your key responsibilities
  • Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
  • Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.
  • Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
  • Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements
  • Managing functional and non-functional system requirements
  • Compiling and prioritizing developer tasks
  • Maintaining Product Backlog
  • Validating requirements and auditing software deliveries
  • Work with development teams and product managers to create a collaborative environment.
Your skills and experience
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Process
  • Experience as PM in IT and Development projects
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a keen eye for details
  • Good time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Excellent command of Russian and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence
Beneficial skills
  • Project management experience in E-commerce, payment systems integrations
  • Experience with Agile Development Methods (Kanban, Scrum, Six Sigma)
  • Scrum Master experience
  • Ability to coach a team in process and performance improvement initiatives
  • Technical background
