Project Manager

Your key responsibilities
- Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
- Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.
- Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
- Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements
- Managing functional and non-functional system requirements
- Compiling and prioritizing developer tasks
- Maintaining Product Backlog
- Validating requirements and auditing software deliveries
- Work with development teams and product managers to create a collaborative environment.
Your skills and experience
- Deep understanding of Software Development Process
- Experience as PM in IT and Development projects
- Excellent analytical skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated with a keen eye for details
- Good time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent command of Russian and English (written and verbal)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
Beneficial skills
- Project management experience in E-commerce, payment systems integrations
- Experience with Agile Development Methods (Kanban, Scrum, Six Sigma)
- Scrum Master experience
- Ability to coach a team in process and performance improvement initiatives
- Technical background
